Spiced Tea Mix

Place In Homemade Tea Gift Baskets

This tea mix will stay fresh when placed in a sealed container. This recipe makes about 3/4 of a cup. If you want to place it in a pint canning jar, you will need to double the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup black tea leaves
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon orange peel, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange lemon peel, dried
  • 4 whole allspice berries
  • 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed
In a small bowl, add the ingredients and mix until they are combined. Store in an airtight container with a 3-month expiration date on the label.
