Tea Cookies Recipe

A Unique Gift Presented In A Mug

Put together this tea cookies recipe for anyone who enjoys tea. Start by purchasing a pretty mug and then add the mix and decorate the mug. It's nice to place the filled mug in a cello bag and tie it securely with curly ribbon or raffia. Since the recipient will prepare the mix and bake them cookies, a nice adornment is to add a decorative cookie cutter tied in with the ribbon.
MIX INGREDIENTS:

teacup 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
pinch of salt
2 tea bags

Combine the flour, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a small bowl. Spoon these ingredients into a small food storage bag and seal. Place cookie mix in the mug and include the tea bags in the same mug.

This tea cookies recipe makes 10-12 cookies.
