Rice Pudding Recipe
A Great Gift In A Mug
This rice pudding recipe is for a mix, which you will place in a mug so that the recipient can make it when they are in the mood for a nice dessert or snack. The mug should hold at least 1-1/2 cups and should be microwave safe.
Save time and make several as gifts during the holidays. Think about teachers, your hairdresser, neighbors, coworkers or anyone you want to remember with a homemade gift.
After you have assembled the gift, you can place the mug in a cello bag and close it with curly ribbon or you can place it in a small gift basket with a package of cookies, tea bags, or a small container of gourmet coffee.
INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon corn starch
Pinch of salt
Combine above ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon into a small food storage bag. Seal the bag and place in the mug.
