Muffins Recipe With Crunchy Toffee ToppingThis muffins recipe will make a wonderful gift for family, friends, coworkers, or anyone else. To present your gift purchase a small wicker basket and line it will a colorful tea towel. If desired, you can add several individually wrapped tea bags or envelopes of hot cocoa mix to make your gift more complete. 3 Hershey's Skor candy bars, chopped 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1-1/ cup all-purpose flour 
2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 tablespoon butter, melted 1 more Hershey's Skor candy bar, chopped and saved for topping Grease 10 standard size muffins cups or line with paper baking cups. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Combine beaten egg, sour cream, milk, vanilla, and melted butter in a small bowl and stir until well blended. Stir the wet mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened. Fold in the 3 chopped Hershey's Skor candy bars. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups and top with the remaining Hershey's Skor chopped candy bar. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. This muffins recipe makes 10 standard size muffins.
