Mocha Cocoa Mix Recipe for a Gift in a Jar
This gift in a jar is a great standalone gift for teachers, neighbors, coworkers, friends, or family for any holiday, special occasion, or just to say "I'm thinking of you." It's also a nice gift to place in your homemade gift baskets.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
8 tablespoons instant espresso
1-1/2 cup sugar
miniature marshmallows
Combine cocoa, espresso, and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Pour mixture in a quart jar or two pint jars; add miniature marshmallows.

To make cocoa, combine 2 tablespoons of the mix with 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the cocoa dissolves. Add 3/4 cup milk and a stir until heated through. Add miniature marshmallows.
