Homemade Coffee Gift Baskets
Homemade coffee gift baskets are special treats for coffee-drinkers for all holidays or special occasions. And, you can easily and inexpensively create a gift basket for your boss or fellow employee.
A desk organizer is a unique container and easy to work with. Fill the slots with small packages of coffee or flavored creamers or sugar, cookies, candy, and other sweet treats.
Other container ideas are large mugs, wooden crates, baskets, and trays.
Your local dollar-type store should carry inexpensive mugs, small baskets, theme gifts, and decorative items.
Add a special finishing touch make these

Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans Recipe
1 cup coffee beans, roasted
4 ounces chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until melted. Drop in a handful of beans, and stir until covered with chocolate. Remove and place them on wax paper, keeping them from touching. Continue until all the beans are covered with chocolate.
When they are completely hard (and won't stick together) store in an airtight container.
Place the chocolate covered coffee beans in small cello bags and tie with curly ribbon before placing them in your homemade coffee gift baskets.
