Dry Rub Recipes
These dry rub recipes are combinations of seasonings, herbs, and spices that will add flavor to meats as well as vegetables. In addition to the tradition of seasoning ribs for grilling or barbecuing, they are also great for many other kinds of cooking or roasting.

Cajun -- For Beef or Pork
1 tablespoon each: paprika, salt, dried basil, and dried oregano
